ATTENTION:

We use Taiwan post office and combined shipping & tracking
Shipping are approximate only, excess shipping refunded after sending
we also use FedEx, buyer pay price difference, if you need please contact us before order
If the buyer does not contact us before order, We regard you as agreeing to use Taiwan post office.
★ Transportation time
international parcel arrives about 10~14 days (excluding holidays)
Arrival time depends on your country, city, and transporter arrangements, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
So please make sure you are not in a hurry to use it, this is an international order, we can only do our best, pack it properly and send it out as soon as possible, the few days it will arrive are controlled by the transporter.
Once we receive the buyer's order and payment, we will treat it as your agreement not to limit the arrival time of the item and that someone is home at the address you provided.

That way you will be notified when the parcel arrives
If we do not receive the buyer's phone number before shipping, it will be deemed that the buyer does not need it.

★ SHIPPING & TRACKING
We provide a tracking and link for every order. It is the buyers responsibility to take notice of the information provided in the tracking page, If a parcel comes back due to unsuccessful delivery attempt, at request we can send it again, but the buyer is responsible for the new shipping costs.
After the seller notifies the parcel to be returned, We will keep returned parcel for seven days for buyers, if the buyer does not reply within seven days and does not pay the new shipping fee, we will treat the buyer as renunciation the item, We do not refund the items price and shipping costs of returned due to failed delivery.

if the buyer don't purchase insurance, we are not responsible for lost or damaged parcel, and We will not provide any refunds.
